本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、asakusasemao（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリ「Vollog（バレログ）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリはバレーボールチームの選手管理・試合記録・成績データ集計を行うスマートフォンアプリです。 無料プラン（Free）および有料プラン（Pro）の2種類をご用意しています。
本アプリに入力されたデータはすべて端末内にのみ保存されます。 開発者のサーバーへのデータ送信は行いません。 アプリを削除した場合、端末内のデータも削除されます。データのバックアップはユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
バックアップ機能（Pro プラン）では、データを .vollog ファイルとして書き出すことができます。 ただし、バックアップファイルには選手・チームの写真は含まれません。 CSV 出力機能（選手一覧・試合別記録・期間別集計）も Pro プラン専用の機能です。
バックアップファイル（.vollog）は暗号化されていますが、完全なセキュリティを保証するものではありません。 バックアップファイルの管理・保管はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。 第三者にファイルを渡した場合、データが読み取られるリスクがあります。 開発者はファイルの漏洩・悪用による損害について一切の責任を負いません。
バックアップファイルの復元には Vollog アプリが必要です。他のアプリでは開くことができません。
バックアップファイルはアプリが自動保存しません。iCloud・Google Drive・メールなど、ご自身で安全な場所に保管してください。
以下の行為を禁止します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は本アプリの動作・データの正確性について保証しません。 本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
アプリのアップデートや仕様変更、サービスの停止により利用できなくなる場合があります。 あらかじめご了承ください。
開発者は事前の通知をもって本アプリのサービスを終了することがあります。 本アプリはローカルデータのみで動作するため、サービス終了後もインストール済みの端末では引き続きご利用いただけます。
本規約は必要に応じて更新することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新してお知らせします。 変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of Vollog (the "App"), provided by asakusasemao (the "Developer"). By using this App, you agree to these Terms.
Vollog is a smartphone app for volleyball team management, match recording, and stats tracking. It is available in two plans: a free plan (Free) and a paid plan (Pro).
All data entered in the App is stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to the Developer's servers. If you delete the App, all data stored on your device will also be deleted. Please back up your data at your own responsibility.
The backup feature (Pro plan) allows you to export your data as a .vollog file. Note that player and team photos are not included in the backup file. CSV export (player list, per-match records, and period summaries) is also a Pro plan feature.
Backup files (.vollog) are encrypted, but complete security cannot be guaranteed. Please store and manage backup files at your own risk. If you share the file with a third party, there is a risk that your data may be read. The Developer assumes no liability for any damage caused by loss or misuse of backup files.
Restoring a backup file requires the Vollog app. The file cannot be opened with any other application.
Backup files are not saved automatically by the app. Please store them in a safe location of your choice, such as iCloud, Google Drive, or email.
The following activities are prohibited:
The App is provided "as is." The Developer makes no warranties regarding the App's performance or the accuracy of any data. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.
The App may become unavailable due to updates, changes in specifications, or discontinuation of service.
The Developer may discontinue the App with prior notice. Since the App operates entirely on local data, it will continue to function on already-installed devices even after the service ends.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Developer's jurisdiction.
