嵐のバレーボール（Storm Volleyball）（以下「本アプリ」）は、Asakusasemao（以下「開発者」）が提供するゲームアプリです。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリには、アカウントの登録やログインはありません。名前・メールアドレスなどを入力していただくこともありません。 開発者のサーバーへ個人情報を送信・収集することはありません。

ただし、広告の配信のために、第三者（Google AdMob）がデバイスの情報を収集することがあります。くわしくは「5. 広告について」をご覧ください。

2. データの保存場所

遊んだ記録（勝敗・得点の内訳など）、試合ごとの成績、手に入れたアイテムときせかえ、設定は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。 アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。

お使いの端末で OS のバックアップ機能（iCloud バックアップ、Google のバックアップなど）を有効にしている場合、 これらのデータがバックアップに含まれることがあります。バックアップは Apple / Google が管理するもので、開発者が内容を受け取る・閲覧することはありません。

3. 成績の共有と動画の保存

  • 成績の共有機能では、成績をまとめた画像を端末内で作成し、ユーザー自身が選択したアプリ（メッセージアプリ・SNS など）へ渡します。画像に、名前など個人を特定する情報は含まれません。開発者のサーバーを経由することはありません。
  • 「開発者を応援」のお礼のムービーは、ユーザー自身の操作により、動画として端末の写真ライブラリへ保存したり、他のアプリへ共有したりできます。保存の際に、写真ライブラリへの追加の許可を求めることがあります。本アプリが、端末内の写真や動画を読み取ることはありません。

4. 課金情報

本アプリでは、「広告を消す」（買い切り）と「開発者を応援」（何度でも購入できます）を販売しています。 購入はすべて Apple App Store または Google Play ストアを通じて処理されます。 支払い情報は Apple / Google が管理するシステムで処理され、開発者は支払い情報を受け取りません。 開発者のアプリが保持するのは、端末内に保存される「広告を消したかどうか」と「応援した回数」などの情報のみです。

5. 広告について

本アプリでは、Google AdMob によるバナー広告が表示されます。 AdMob は、広告の配信・最適化・不正の防止のために、デバイス識別子（広告 ID）、IP アドレス、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示やアプリの利用に関する情報などを収集することがあります。

  • 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスなどでは、初回の起動時に、広告のためのデータ利用について同意を求める画面が表示されます。同意の内容は、アプリの「設定」の「広告の同意を変更」からいつでも変更できます。
  • iOS では、上記の同意の画面が表示されない地域で、トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログが表示されます。許可しない場合でも広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズされない広告になります。許可は、iOS の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。
  • 「広告を消す」を購入すると、広告は表示されず、広告のためのデータ収集も行われません。

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としたものではありません。 開発者が、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. EUユーザーの権利（GDPR）

欧州連合（EU）にお住まいのユーザーは、個人データに関して以下の権利を有します。

  • アクセス権 — 端末内に保存された記録は、アプリ内の「記録」の画面で確認できます。
  • 削除権 — アプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。
  • 同意の撤回・異議申し立て権 — アプリの「設定」の「広告の同意を変更」から、広告のためのデータ利用への同意をいつでも変更できます。

Storm Volleyball is a game app developed by Asakusasemao (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how this app handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

Storm Volleyball has no account registration or login, and never asks you to enter your name, email address, or similar details. No personal information is transmitted to or collected by the Developer's servers.

However, a third party (Google AdMob) may collect device information in order to serve ads. See "5. Advertising" for details.

2. Data Storage

Your play records (wins, losses, scoring breakdowns, and so on), per-match results, unlocked items and outfits, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. If you delete the app, this data is deleted along with it.

If you have enabled your device's backup feature (such as iCloud Backup or Google's backup), this data may be included in those backups. Backups are managed by Apple / Google; the Developer cannot receive or view their contents.

3. Sharing Results and Saving Videos

  • The share feature creates an image summarizing your results on your device and hands it to an app of your own choosing (such as a messaging or social app). The image contains no names or other personally identifying information, and it never passes through the Developer's servers.
  • The thank-you clip shown after you support the developer can, by your own action, be saved to your photo library as a video or shared to other apps. You may be asked for permission to add to your photo library when saving. The app never reads the photos or videos on your device.

4. Purchases

The app offers "Remove ads" (a one-time purchase) and "Support the developer" (which can be purchased any number of times). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment information is handled by systems operated by Apple / Google; the Developer does not receive or store any payment information. The only related data the app retains is information stored on your device, such as whether ads have been removed and how many times you have supported the developer.

5. Advertising

The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and optimize ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID), IP address, approximate location, and information about ad impressions and app usage.

  • In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain other regions, you will be asked for consent to the use of data for advertising when the app first launches. You can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy choices" in the app's Settings.
  • On iOS, in regions where the consent screen above is not shown, you will be asked for tracking permission. If you decline, ads are still shown, but they are non-personalized. You can change this permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.
  • If you purchase "Remove ads", no ads are shown and no data is collected for advertising.

Storm Volleyball is not primarily directed at children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  • Right of access — You can view the records stored on your device on the Records screen within the app.
  • Right to erasure — Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on your device.
  • Right to withdraw consent and to object — You can change your consent to the use of data for advertising at any time from "Ad privacy choices" in the app's Settings.

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent and the performance of the app's features. Since no personal data is transmitted to the Developer's servers, the Developer holds no personal data about you. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
