Asakusasemao（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。 本プライバシーポリシーは、開発者が提供するすべてのアプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。 アプリによって収集するデータの種類が異なる場合があり、各アプリ内または公式サイトにて個別の補足説明を記載することがあります。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリが収集・利用する情報は、アプリの機能に応じて以下のいずれかまたは複数に該当します。

  • ユーザーが入力したデータ（テキスト、数値、記録など）
  • デバイスカメラ・フォトライブラリへのアクセス（写真・動画の撮影・取得を行うアプリのみ）
  • デバイス識別子・広告ID（広告を表示するアプリのみ、AdMob 経由）
  • 購入・課金情報（App Store / Google Play を通じて処理。開発者は支払い情報を受け取りません）

開発者のサーバーへ個人情報を送信・収集することは、アプリがクラウド同期機能を明示的に提供する場合を除き、行いません。 クラウド機能を提供する場合は、その旨をアプリ内および本ポリシーの補足として明記します。

2. データの保存場所

入力されたデータは原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。 アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます。 バックアップ・エクスポート機能を提供しているアプリでは、ユーザー自身がデータをファイルとして書き出し・管理することができます。

3. デバイス権限について

アプリが必要とするデバイス権限は機能によって異なります。権限はアプリの利用時に確認ダイアログが表示され、ユーザーが許可・拒否を選択できます。 許可しない場合、その機能が利用できないことがありますが、他の機能への影響はありません。

  • カメラ — 写真撮影・QRコード読み取り等を行う機能を持つアプリのみ使用します。
  • フォトライブラリ — 画像を取り込む・書き出す機能を持つアプリのみ使用します。
  • 通知 — リマインダー等の通知機能を持つアプリのみ使用します。
  • 広告トラッキング（iOS） — 広告を表示するアプリで、パーソナライズ広告の配信のために使用します。拒否した場合は非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます。

4. 課金・サブスクリプションについて

一部のアプリでは、以下のいずれかまたは両方の課金方式を採用しています。

  • 買い切り（一回払い） — 一度の購入で有料機能を永続的にご利用いただけます。
  • サブスクリプション（定期課金） — 月額または年額で機能をご利用いただけます。解約しない限り自動更新されます。

すべての購入は Apple App Store または Google Play ストアを通じて処理されます。 開発者は支払い情報（クレジットカード番号等）を受け取りません。 サブスクリプションの解約・管理は、ご利用のストアのアカウント設定から行ってください。

5. 広告について

無料プランまたは広告表示が有効な場合、Google AdMob によるバナー広告が表示されます。 AdMob は広告配信の最適化のためにデバイス識別子などの情報を収集することがあります。 iOS では、アプリ起動時にトラッキング許可のダイアログが表示されます。 許可しない場合でも広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。 有料プランに移行後は広告は表示されません。

6. 第三者サービス

本アプリが利用する可能性のある第三者サービスは以下の通りです。アプリによって利用するサービスは異なります。

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。 端末外へデータを送信しない構成のアプリについては、年齢に関わらず安全にご利用いただけます。

8. EUユーザーの権利（GDPR）

欧州連合（EU）にお住まいのユーザーは、個人データに関して以下の権利を有します。

  • アクセス権 — 入力したすべてのデータはアプリ内で直接確認できます。
  • 削除権 — アプリ内でいつでもデータを削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすることでもすべてのデータが削除されます。
  • データポータビリティ権 — バックアップ・エクスポート機能を持つアプリでは、いつでもデータをファイルとして書き出すことができます。
  • 異議申し立て権 — iOS のトラッキング許可ダイアログで拒否することで、広告トラッキングを無効にできます。

Thank you for using apps developed by Asakusasemao (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy describes how the Developer handles your information across all apps provided. The types of data collected may vary by app; supplemental descriptions may be provided within the app or on the official website.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the app's features, we may collect one or more of the following:

  • User-entered data (text, numbers, records, etc.)
  • Camera and photo library access (only in apps with photo/video functionality)
  • Device identifiers and advertising ID (only in apps that display ads, via AdMob)
  • Purchase and billing information (processed via App Store / Google Play — the Developer does not receive payment details)

No personal information is transmitted to the Developer's servers, except in apps that explicitly offer cloud sync functionality. If cloud features are provided, this will be clearly stated within the app and as a supplement to this policy.

2. Data Storage

Data you enter is stored on your device only, by default. Deleting the app will permanently remove all associated data. Apps with backup or export features allow you to export your data as a file and manage it independently.

3. Device Permissions

The permissions an app requests depend on its features. A permission dialog will appear when access is needed, and you can choose to allow or deny it. Denying a permission may disable related features, but will not affect other functionality.

  • Camera — Used only in apps with photo capture or QR code scanning features.
  • Photo Library — Used only in apps that import or export images.
  • Notifications — Used only in apps with reminders or notification features.
  • Ad Tracking (iOS) — Used in apps that display ads to deliver personalized ads. If denied, non-personalized ads will be shown instead.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps offer one or both of the following purchase models:

  • One-time purchase — A single payment grants permanent access to paid features.
  • Subscription — Monthly or annual billing for continued access to features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. The Developer does not receive or store any payment information (e.g., credit card numbers). To manage or cancel a subscription, go to your account settings in the respective store.

5. Advertising

Free plan users, or users with ads enabled, will see banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and other information to deliver and optimize ads. On iOS, you will be asked for tracking permission when the app first launches. If you decline, non-personalized ads will be shown instead. Paid plan users see no ads.

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Apps that store all data locally and do not transmit it externally are safe for users of all ages.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — You can view all data you have entered directly within the app.
  • Right to erasure — You can delete any or all data at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling it.
  • Right to data portability — Apps with export features allow you to export your data as a file at any time.
  • Right to object — You can decline ad tracking by denying the tracking permission prompt on iOS.
